While the electronic systems that we employ are very reliable, occasionally things don’t happen the way you might expect. For example infrared systems are prone to ‘ambient infrared’ influences such as halogen bulbs and sunlight. Radio frequency signals are effected by building architecture and other ‘RF noise’.

While we endeavour to mitigate all of these things during our commissioning stage, the real test is when you, as the end user, begin to use the system(s) under different real life conditions. We arm you with the knowledge on how to by-pass certain actions or what to do if the system doesn’t perform a given command.

In any case, your AV systems will still work using the original [proprietary] remote controls they came with and we certainly won’t leave you in the dark should a sensor or dimmer module fail.
